Well from what I read in the books is that it is poison but it doesn't automatically kill them. Because in book three when Seth is fighting Riley he gets bit but it doesn't kill him so its a tranquilet poison. I would say so, it could kill them and it does but not automatically it just hurts them. But if the venom gets into the wolf alot it can kill them in a blink of the eye. So if more than one bloodsucker bite a wolf it would kill them like that and you can't do anything.

That's a scary thought. The very idea of anyone hurting the Wolf Pack makes me cringe.

I would think it depends on where they get bitten to. I guess this is outside of Meyer's writings, but I would think that if they were to get bitten in the heart, they would die. But if they get bit in the leg or something not so close to the heart/blood stream, they would be hurt, but could recover.

I re-read Eclipse recently - he didn't get bitten. He just got slammed around.

LOL, Shay. When he was fighting Riley... he didn't really get too hurt and he pretended to be down and then Bella was going to try something with the fallen piece of rock and Edward had to step in and then Seth was upset that he didn't get to claim the win all on his own and then he bumped his nose against Edward's fist. LOL. I can't wait to see Seth's fight in the movie... it's his moment
