Could The Twilight Saga Continue After ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2!’
Good news everyone! There’s a chance that we could be seeing more Twilight Saga films following the release of Breaking Dawn Part 2 says the studio’s Chief!

From GossipCop:
There’s a chance The Twilight Saga could continue after the fifth film opens in November.
The bombshell was reportedly dropped by Jon Feltheimer, the chief executive officer of Lionsgate Entertainment, which acquired Twilight studio Summit Entertainment for $412.5 million on Friday.
“I’m anticipating Breaking Dawn – Part 2 being $700 million-plus in worldwide box office,” said Feltheimer of the final (planned) installment in the hit vampire franchise.
According to the Los Angeles Times, when asked whether Lionsgate could envision more Twilight past next fall’s fifth film, Feltheimer left the door open.
“It’s hard for me to imagine a movie that does $700 million-plus doesn’t have ongoing value,” he said. “It’s an amazing franchise that they have done a great job of maintaining with absolutely no deterioration.”
He added, “So the simple answer is, ‘Boy, I hope so.’”
It’s not clear whether a potential continuation would involve future films or a television series.
Would you want to see post-Breaking Dawn projects for Twilight?
**However, future Twilight movies featuring Kristen and Rob would be incredibly difficult to get off the ground. First, Rob and Kristen have made it perfectly clear that they are done with the series and Stephenie Meyer has also declared that she is “burned out on Vampires”, so the chance that she would pen another book in the series anytime soon is not very likely. However, if Meyers hands over the script writing rights to Summit/Loinsgate, there are a number of directions in which the story could continue. If the studio could lure Taylor Lautner back into the role of Jacob Black, there is a whole Jacob/Renesmee storyline that could still be told. However, I wouldn’t count on appearances of Rob or Kristen. Still, it could be done and the prospect of seeing yet another Twilight story hit the big screen again is very exciting. So, who knows?-QWP

Sneak a Peek of the Final ‘Twilight’ Film

For “Twilight” fans, a special valentine arrives a little early this year. The romantic “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part I,” will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on February 11.
While I’m sure that would be enough to excite plenty of “Twi-hards,” Target has decided to make it more of an event than usual by — are you ready for this? — debuting a single scene from the vampire franchise’s final film at 11 p.m. on February 10 at more than 500 stores. At midnight, shoppers will also be able to buy a specially packaged copy of the flick that includes a prop flower from the set of the much-discussed wedding of Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart). I suspect the only way they could get more fans there is if they had a shirtless Taylor Lautner handing out DVDs! No, seriously, are you listening, Target?
